Key Points of Our Tests

  1. Enables thin-film coating from 0.1 to 25 μm (depending on coating liquid and processing speed).

  2. By adopting a chamber, the liquid-circulation path is sealed, reducing solvent evaporation.

  3. A sealed circulation path enables high-speed coating without liquid splashing.

  4. Through testing, we identify your needs and challenges and propose the best solutions.

  5. To respond as quickly as possible, experienced thin-film coating specialists conduct the tests.

  1. Online Application

    Please submit a request via the application form.

  2. Hearing

    Our representative will contact you to confirm your requirements.

  3. Cost Estimate

    We will provide a test fee quotation based on your request (standard ¥250,000 per day).

  4. Test Execution

    We perform demo tests of various Coaters/Laminators at our facility.

Confidentiality

While we generally enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), even under normal circumstances we strictly manage and handle any confidential information disclosed by customers as follows:

  1. We will not disclose or leak confidential information provided by customers to any third party without prior consent from the customer.
  2. We will not use confidential information provided by customers for any purpose other than the agreed purpose without prior consent from the customer.
  3. We will disclose confidential information only to employees who need to handle it and will continually emphasize the importance of confidentiality obligations.
  4. We will not copy or reproduce confidential information provided by customers without prior consent from the customer.
  5. If any invention or device is created based on confidential information provided by customers, we will promptly notify the customer and consult regarding its handling.
