Features

1. Rotate/lift the cylinder with just an electric-pump operation

   The operation switches automatically from rotation to lifting, allowing intuitive handling.

   

2. Automatic open/close cylinder loading plate (patent pending)

   A loading plate that holds the cylinder vertically tends to get in the way during chucking.
   We added a mechanism that opens and closes automatically, eliminating manual opening/closing by the operator.

Lamp House (LED Strobe Synchronization Unit)

A device to check artwork (mainly register marks) synchronized with the plate-cylinder circumference.
With an LED light source, it can be used safely while continuously monitoring the artwork.

Wireless Handy Strobe

A manual LED strobe synchronization device.
Portable, and since it receives the plate-cylinder circumference pulse from the master unit, no pulse setting is required.

Side-ink Splash Guard for Cylinders (patented)

When ink scraped by the doctor blade splashes onto the cylinder side, removing the stain by hand is quite laborious.
In collaboration with a converter, Fuji Machinery developed a cover that greatly reduces ink splashes on cylinder sides.
The cover is die-cut from heavy paper that generates minimal paper dust, and we keep it in stock for small-quantity orders.

Taper-Cone Cover Fabrication Kit

Protection for the cylinder’s taper cone is typically done by wrapping film and paper on non-rotating parts.
However, this requires removal each time and takes time to wrap.
We propose a resin cover as an alternative.
It is sold as a fabrication kit only, prioritizing contribution to the industry while keeping the introduction cost as low as possible.
