    A new inking roller layout improves ink flow, stabilizes ink density, and boosts anti-emulsification, delivering even higher print quality.

    The new inking roller layout stabilizes the water/ink balance more quickly, reducing make-ready time.

    An automatic nip-pressure holding mechanism for the inking rollers auto-adjusts nip pressure, stabilizing print quality and easing maintenance.

    Building on the proven sheet entry precision to the gripper of long-seller models P452/P453, stability is further improved. The new horizontal feeder enables stable sheet feeding, enhancing register accuracy.

    Horizontal feeder (F1200) for 1200 × 1000 mm sheets is standard. Vacuum stacker (VS1200) is also available as an option. The PRIMEX-C1200 can be integrated as a wet coater.

PRIMEX-C452 Metal Decorating Machines

High-precision coating with stable productivity.
A metal sheet coater/varnisher (wet coater) capable of precise, stable application. Supports 45-inch (1145 mm) sheet width. Handles white base, gold varnish, sizing, clear varnish, water-based coating, and UV varnish coating.

Features

  1. Solves common coating issues

    A pusher system overcomes weaknesses of vacuum systems, and a double-scraper system minimizes set-off on the reverse side. To prevent flashing, dedicated motors drive the ductor and pressure rollers. The registered drum’s gauging mechanism supports both side-reference and head-tail reference sheets. The lacquering cylinder is air-clamped on both sides for uniform coating.

  2. Improved operability

    Air cylinders suppress vibration in the ductor and pressure roller sections. Two-scratch adoption makes separating the lacquering cylinder easy, enabling quick cylinder changeovers. The running-register mechanism allows phase adjustment during operation.

PRIMEX-C1200 Metal Decorating Machines

A highly operable coater for metal sheets, compatible with 1200 mm-wide × 1000 mm-long sheets. Supports white base, gold varnish, sizing, and UV wet coating.

  1. Solves common coating issues

    A pusher system overcomes weaknesses of vacuum systems, and a double-scraper system minimizes reverse-side set-off. Dedicated motors for the ductor and pressure rollers also address flashing.

  2. Improved operability

    With independent drive of the lacquer cylinder, cylinders with diameters φ324–φ339 can be reused. Even with the standard manual table changeover, operation is easy. A dedicated local exhaust cover is equipped, and the unit can be connected as a wet coater to the PRIMEX-P1200 press.
