Regular Inspections
Preventing Malfunctions and Troubles in Advance
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure long-term safe use of important machines and equipment. Fuji Machinery offers regular inspection services for machines (paid service) based on our proposals or customer requests. Leveraging our extensive product knowledge, we can detect even minor issues or risks early, preventing breakdowns before they occur. We also coordinate with sales teams to respond promptly to any issues.

Patrol Service
Ensuring Safety and Security After Installation
Our service staff will visit your factory to provide free “Patrol Service” (irregular schedule) to detect early malfunctions and check for wear or deterioration of parts. We don’t just end our service at delivery — as a manufacturer, we take responsibility for ensuring your peace of mind and safety after installation.

Repair Services
Minimizing Issues When Trouble Occurs
In the event of sudden malfunctions or trouble, our service staff will rush to the site and use their extensive experience and knowledge to repair and restore operations.
* In principle, we respond on business days based on our company calendar. However, by prior arrangement, we can also handle recovery work on holidays.

Remote Maintenance (Optional)
Modifying Control Programs and Checking Machine Status
We connect your printing machine and our dedicated remote PC via the internet, allowing our engineers to provide support using various tools.
Only pre-registered machines can be connected. Maintenance is performed after receiving the customer’s approval for connection. When a problem occurs with the printing machine, our headquarters can monitor the situation in real-time and support recovery. Actual equipment data obtained through remote connection enables quicker identification of causes and smoother recovery. Even for on-site visits, accurate preparation ensures efficient fieldwork.
